Who we are
DoboLeads LLC (“DoboLeads,” “we,” “us”) operates the DoboLeads service. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, DoboLeads LLC is the data controller of the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
Account details you provide (business name, contact email, phone numbers, login credentials), support messages, usage and device data (including IP address), and call/message metadata needed to send auto-replies: caller number, missed-call time, message text, and delivery status.
How we use it and our legal basis
We use this data solely to detect missed calls, send your auto-replies, show you leads, provide customer support, keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and report on performance. We process it on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell caller data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with: telephony and messaging carriers required to deliver your texts; infrastructure and service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, support tooling); Stripe, our payment processor, which processes payments, subscriptions, tax compliance, and invoicing when you purchase (for transactions with end-to-end order handling, Stripe acts as merchant of record); professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.
Opt-outs
Any caller who replies STOP is added to a permanent opt-out list for your business and is never texted again by DoboLeads.
Retention
Lead and message history is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes lead and message records within 30 days. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it to operate the service.
Your choices and rights
You can export your leads, request deletion, or close your account at any time from Settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
