Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and DoboLeads LLC, the operator of the DoboLeads service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for the actions of team members you invite.
Acceptable messaging use
Auto-replies may only be sent in response to calls placed to your own business numbers. Marketing blasts, purchased lists, and unsolicited messaging are prohibited. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, intellectual property infringement, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping).
Compliance
You must honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable messaging regulations in your jurisdiction. DoboLeads enforces STOP handling automatically.
Intellectual property
DoboLeads LLC retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Billing and payments
Plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can change or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For transactions where Stripe provides end-to-end order handling, Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it calculates, collects, files, and remits applicable taxes, processes refunds and disputes, and provides transaction-level support, and your bank statement will show a LINK.COM* descriptor alongside our name. Availability
We work to keep delivery fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and message delivery ultimately depends on carrier networks outside our control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or trigger repeated carrier abuse reports.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
